This website was created to showcase the computer artwork by active older adult students at the
Salinas Adult School Senior Computer Lab. Some of these students have backgrounds in art. Many have
never done artwork before. Digital art classes in the lab taught that creativity is a fundamental to staying young and active.
Sadly, due to major budget cuts at the State Of California, our entire program was discontinued June 12, 2009. So the students and
instructor together have formed the Salinas Valley Digital Art Guild.
We all have extensive portfolios of work and will continue to showcase our art on this site. Also watch for PDF tutorials and other
information.
